I am freaking pissed with the school system. The rules and regulations, step by step you have to follow, its driving me NUTS.
Where the hell am i supposed to come out with like $100 ?! I know i can get the money back... But i dont have money now.
I am so pissed off.

But theres nothing i can do , but to FOLLOW. Fuck it.
